& TRANSPORTATION Otesaga Hotel Reservation Form (The hotel does not have any rooms available--reservations are no longer accepted.) As of August 25, hotel availability in Cooperstown is extremely limited and there is a waiting list for rooms at The Otesaga. The next closest location for hotels is in the City of Oneonta, which is approximately 30 minutes from Cooperstown. Please see www.oneonta.ny.us/hotels.htm for more information. NASDA will not be providing shuttles to/from Oneonta. Individuals will be responsible for their making their own transportation arrangements. Hotel Shuttle Service Best Western Inn & Suites at
the Common Holiday Inn Express Because The Otesaga’s rates are inclusive of meals and registration rates were reduced accordingly, there will be a $70 per day charge to cover meal expenses. You will receive an invoice via email. Shuttle Service Albany Airport to Cooperstown As you make your transportation arrangements for NASDA 2005, please keep in mind that courtesy bus shuttle services will be provided by New York State staff at the below listed times and that car rental discounts have been made available through Avis. Additional van shuttles will be added to supplement the bus shuttles as necessary. Friday, September 16 (Tentative Times)
Complimentary return shuttle service from Cooperstown to the Albany airport (not from New York City or to Syracuse airport) will be available as needed

New York City Trip: Transportation will be offered from Cooperstown
to New York City on Wednesday, September 21. We will provide tour information
and arrange for a group hotel rate; however, attendees will be responsible
for making all other arrangements and the bus will not return to Cooperstown.
