A Registration Confirmation Packet will be mailed to you prior to the meeting with more information on planned activities, tours, dress requirements, etc.

Please be aware that the dependability of cell service in Cooperstown varies with the service provider and location within the village.  However, each guest room will have high-speed internet access and phones will be made available for attendees in the NASDA/New York offices in the Otesaga.

Optional New York City Trip: Transportation will be offered from Cooperstown to New York City on Wednesday, September 21. We will provide tour information and arrange for a group hotel rate; however, attendees will be responsible for making all other arrangements and the bus will not return to Cooperstown. Friday, September 16
7:30 a.m. - Noon – Golf at the Leatherstocking Golf Course (no additional fee). Considered to be one of the East’s most scenic and challenging resort golf courses. For more information, visit The Otesaga’s website at www.otesaga.com.

7:30 - 11:30 a.m. – Fishing Charter on Otsego Lake (additional $80 fee, plus $15 for one-day New York State fishing license or $25 for a 7-day license. Please bring a check payable to "NASDA" to NASDA 2005.) Deadline to sign-up is August 15.

CP’s Fishing Charters will pick you up at The Otesaga’s dock and spend four hours fishing and touring on scenic Otsego Lake. Bait, tackle, and equipment are provided. For more information, visit CP’s website at www.cooperstownfishing.com.
