One of the most important
national agricultural conferences of the year, the
2005 NASDA Annual Meeting, will be hosted by the New York State
Department of Agriculture & Markets this fall in Cooperstown,
New York.
Many of the most influential agricultural leaders, including the
secretaries, directors and commissioners of all fifty State Departments
of Agriculture and the four U.S. territories, along with executives
from the nation’s largest agribusinesses and the United
States Department of Agriculture, will attend this conference
to discuss a variety of key and timely issues, including animal
identification, renewable energy, biosecurity, the next Farm Bill
and many
more.
We would like to offer your organization the opportunity to join
with other agribusiness interests in sponsoring the NASDA 2005
Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held September 16-21, 2005,
at the prestigious Otesaga Hotel. Cooperstown is home to the National
Baseball Hall of Fame and is located in a highly productive agricultural
region amidst a wealth of American and
agricultural history. We would like you to be a part of this extraordinary
event.
We know how valuable the right sponsorship opportunity can be
to an
organization. Our event will provide your organization the opportunity
to
interact and network with top agriculture officials in an inspiring
setting.
NASDA 2005 will highlight New York’s “tradition of
innovation” and focus
on the importance of innovative approaches to the future of American
agriculture. Your participation can be tailored to maximize your
exposure
in this setting.
The forms above have a general list of sponsorship
levels, as well as a list of specific sponsorship opportunities
for your consideration. All sponsors will be acknowledged through
prominent signage in the appropriate part of the program.
Please contact me at 202-296-9680 if I can answer any questions
you may have about NASDA 2005, or if you need an invoice for the
expensing of your contribution. We look forward to working with
you.
Sincerely,
Richard W. Kirchhoff
