Transportation
Whether you are arriving by plane, train or bus, you have a couple of options concerning transportation to the hotel.  You can either use the various shuttles and taxis available to you or just complete and fax the transportation form and have a member of the Rhode Island Division of Agriculture Staff pick you up with one of our vans and transport you to the hotel. 

For those with an independent spirit, Cozy Cab Newport Shuttle services T.F. Green Airport and provides daily service.  Reservations are recommended for all trips and fee for the service is $20.00 per person, each way.  Should you have any questions, or to make a reservation, their phone number is Toll Free (800) 846-1502.  For train and bus arrivals, there are a number of taxis available for the ride to the hotel. 

Hotel Accommodations
The meetings will be held at the Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina.  To take advantage of the group rate, reservations must be made by May 2, 2007 by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-955-2558 or 401-847-9000.  The room rate is $137.00 per night, single or double occupancy.  There is parking fee of $15.00 per vehicle per night, at the hotel.  Please indicate that you are attending the NEASDA Meeting when making reservations.
