Debra joined the NASDA staff as the Controller on October 27, 2009. She has 18 years of accounting experience in various industries and a CPA certification, licensed by the State of Maryland. Attended UMBC (University of Maryland). Originally from Annapolis, MD, Debra and her family now reside in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
