Spray Drift
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have established risk management policy and enforcement standards on spray drift frompesticide applications. As a result, there is a potential for negative economic impacts from unrealistic restrictions or bans on pesticide use. NASDA and it's affiliate organization, the Association of American Pesticide Control Officials (AAPCO), are working with the agency and other stakeholders to develop a consensus position and recommended policy guidance on spray drift management.
