FDA ANNOUNCES DRAFT GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS FOR 3 CROPS

The FDA Friday announced it is seeking comment on its draft guidance documents to improve the safety of tomatoes, leafy greens and melons. These Commodity Specific Guidance documents (CSGs) are intended for growers, packers, processors, transporters, retailers, and others throughout the supply chains. The documents can be found here.
