EPA SEEKS INPUT ON ENFORCEMENT PRIORITIES FOR NEXT 3 YEARS

EPA is seeking public comment and recommendations on enforcement and compliance national priorities to be addressed for fiscal years 2011-2013. Included on the preliminary list released by EPA are: concentrated animal feeding operations, environmental justice, pesticides at day care facilities, wetlands, and worker protection standards.
