In the last few days, all members of the Senate Subcommittee for Agriculture, Rural Development and Related Services of the Senate Committee on Appropriations were faxed or hand-delivered a letter signed by Idaho Secretary Patrick A. Takasugi and California Secretary Bill Lyons requesting funding for a Specialty Crops Block Grant program in the FY 2004 Agricultural Appropriations Bill. Download the letter here.
