Environmental Laws
Affecting State Agriculture

Under a cooperative agreement with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and with the cooperation of the Assessment Watershed Protection Division of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and EPA's Agricultural Compliance Assistance Center; the NASDA Research Foundation developed a resource guide explaining what environmental regulations impact agriculture. There is a guide for each state explaining federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations affecting agricultural production. The federal and state sections of the guides are now separate. Please access both the desired state document and the federal document.
