SUPERVISORY ENUMERATOR COUNCIL
The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) Supervisory Enumerator Advisory Council (SEAC) is an extension of the functional program responsibilities of the NASDA Chief Operating Officer and the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) Deputy Administrator for Field Operations, and, thus, is established and organized under their guidance and leadership. The SEAC mission is to serve as a resource for NASS and NASDA staff, and as conduit for relevant information pertinent to NASDA and NASS programs, policies and procedures, data collection efforts, and management of NASDA staff. The Council serves in an advisory capacity, bringing attention to the NASDA Chief Operating Officer and NASS Deputy Administrator for Field Operations to the NASDA Chief Operating Officer and NASS Deputy Administrator for Field Operations any trends, problems, issues, or circumstances which may impact the NASS mission.
