CERCLA Emissions Reporting Extended to January 2018

On November 22nd, the DC Court of Appeals granted a stay on the extension of the CERCLA air emissions reporting requirements for animal agriculture operations until January 22, 2018. EPA has issued interim guidance that will be continually updated to help provide clarity when the reporting process begins. NASDA is working with agriculture stakeholders to pursue a legislative fix to the reporting requirements.  Please check the EPA guidance website frequently and stay tuned for more updates.
