Biography

Ciara Quattlebaum joined NASDA in September 2022. In her role as cooperative agreement coordinator, Ciara assists all program areas with grant administration, contract curation and financial reporting compliance. Ciara previously served as the Branded Program Associate for Food Export – Northeast. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Albright College in business administration, focusing on international business and marketing, and is completing a professional certification in project management from Google. Ciara is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and enjoys traveling, eating at new restaurants, baking desserts at home, attending live orchestra concerts, volunteering with refugee families and emphatically cheering on the Philadelphia sports teams.
