The USA Pavilion at Americas Food & Beverage Show continues to offer exhibitors new perspectives on the global marketplace. Our goal is to help you arrange high value meetings at a reasonable cost and to provide the background information you need to make intelligent decisions when pursuing international opportunities. The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA), working with our partners at the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) and four State Regional Trade Groups (SRTGs), will continue to offer pre-show and on-site export assistance, information and programs.

Pre-Scheduled One-On-One International Buyer Appointment Program

Available exclusively to USA Pavilion exhibitors is an invaluable marketing and networking opportunity. NASDA is offering a program that allows exhibitors the chance to meet on-on-one with up to 15 international buyers. The fee for these meetings is $125, and the meetings will take place on Sunday, September 11 from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM and Monday, September 12 from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. Schedule yours today!

Your Company Could be Reimbursed for Booth Expenses

The Foreign Agricultural Service of USDA supports four State Regional Trade Groups (SRTGs), which in turn assist U.S. companies with creating and expanding export markets for value-added food and agricultural products. Your company could receive up to 50% reimbursement for eligible expenses at the Americas Food and Beverage show, and other eligible U.S. trade shows, including:

      • Booth cost
      • Advertising related to the show
      • GES/Freeman Invoices
      • Rented equipment/furniture
      • Lead Retrieval
      • Banners/Signs/Brochures
      • Sampling supplies
      • Giveaway items
      • Uniforms
      • Shipping to/from show
      • Part-Time Contractors
