New COVID19 Relief Legislation Signed Into Law

The newly-signed legislation provides an additional $310 billion to fund the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), makes farm and ranch businesses eligible for the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan program, and provides $100 billion for health care and testing. Agricultural businesses interested in participating in the PPP program should talk to their lender.
