Biography

Farrah Creer joined NASDA in July 2021. In her role as Human Resources Manager and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), she leads NASDA’s hiring and interviewing processes, administers pay, benefits and leave, and ensures organizational compliance across all HR programs. Farrah earned a bachelor’s degree in African American studies and business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in human resource management from Liberty University. In addition to her work at NASDA, Farrah serves on the Employment Law Committee for DC SHRM, where she helps coordinate and organize panelists for the annual Employment Law & Legislative Summit. In this role, she supports discussions on complex HR compliance topics impacting employers across D.C., Maryland, Virginia and the federal contracting community.

A Richmond, Virginia native, Farrah enjoys art and all things creative—from cooking to style and design—and spending time with family, friends and traveling when she can.
