Departments of Agriculture in all fifty states, plus four U.S. territories, make up the membership of NASDA. The commissioner, secretary, or director of each department is the designated representative of the state to participate in NASDA activities. Members come together to fulfill the purpose of NASDA, which is to nourish people and communities while serving as stewards of the environment and public trust.
