Uniquely Positioned for Partnership

Since it’s founding, NASDA has entered strategic and focused federal partnerships in areas across agriculture. These partnerships often focus on connecting farmers to new markets, inspiring change across the supply chain, or preserving the environment while maintaining agricultural viability.

As a nonpartisan association, NASDA is uniquely positioned to partner with federal organizations, like U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, to establish strategic plans or develop tools that can be utilized by each state. Federal partnerships have focused on food safety, international exports, agriculture statistics, and other vital food and agricultural programs.

NASDA members work to ensure all types of agriculture thrive and are co-regulators with the federal government on a host of responsibilities that address food safety, environmental protection and more.
