Biography

Kaci Hubbell joined NASDA in June 2025. In her role as associate director of the NASS program, she leads the data collection activities for the NASDA-NASS cooperative agreement for the nine states in the Central South region. Kaci previously served as the Nursery Program Administrator for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry where she managed agricultural surveys and state and federal agreements. Prior to that, Kaci managed agricultural data and personnel in the private sector. Kaci has a bachelor’s degree in horticulture, an MBA in business analytics and is currently working toward a doctorate in agricultural leadership and communications. She resides in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and enjoys travelling, music and spending time with family and friends.
