Biography

Liz Guffey joined NASDA in September 2026. In her role as associate director of human resources, she leads NASDA’s HR practices, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits and employee relations. She previously worked at American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists and, prior to that, Community Health Charities, where she oversaw all HR operations. Liz earned a bachelor’s degree in health administration from James Madison University and a master’s degree in health administration from Maymount University, and is an active certified HR Professional with Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resources Certification Institute. Lis is from Arlington, Virginia, and enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family and friends.
