Biography

Noelle Muha joined NASDA in June 2026. In her role as an associate director of human resources, she manages human resources functions for the NASDA-USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service cooperative program. She previously served as a human resources specialist with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Noelle earned a bachelor’s degree in integrative studies from George Mason University and a master’s degree in education from William & Mary. She holds a Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional certification. Noelle is from Reston, Virginia and enjoys exploring the many arts and cultural events the Washington, D.C. region has to offer.
