There will be a mandatory bidder’s meeting on Wednesday July 30, 2025 at 2 p.m. MST. Any vendor interested in responding to this solicitation should have a representative attend this meeting. Email the Chief Procurement Officer, Doug Marsh (dmarsh@azsal.gov) prior to 10 a.m. MT, July 30, 2025, to reserve a place at this meeting and receive further details. This meeting will include a virtual tour of the Salt River Horse Management Area conducted by the USFS. The bidder’s meeting will be recorded for anyone who cannot attend. Attendees of the bidder’s meeting will be asked to sign a form proclaiming they have attended the meeting and are committed to abiding by the RFP Instructions.
