What inspired you to pursue a career in agriculture, and what keeps you passionate about it today?
My interest in agriculture developed through education and professional experiences that showed me the importance of supporting farmers and rural communities. I remain passionate because I can help provide resources and knowledge that make a difference.
What is the biggest challenge you've faced as a woman in agriculture, and how did you overcome it?
Navigating professional spaces where agriculture leadership was traditionally male-dominated was challenging. I focused on building expertise and strong professional relationships.
