ARLINGTON, Va. — National Association of State Departments of Agriculture CEO Ted McKinney congratulates Luke Lindberg on his recent confirmation as Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. McKinney issued the following statement:
