Growing up around farming inspired me to stay involved and continue learning about the industry. I remain passionate because agriculture is always changing and there are always new challenges to take on.
What is the biggest challenge you've faced as a woman in farming, and how did you overcome it?
Time management has been one of the biggest challenges. I've learned to stay flexible and adapt when plans change.

Stay open to learning and take advantage of every opportunity.
