WHO: The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture welcomes U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue to the virtual 2020 NASDA Annual Meeting. The Secretary will speak to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s COVID-19 response and recovery efforts in partnership with state departments of agriculture.

WHEN: Monday, August 31
12:30 – 1 p.m. (ET)

WHERE: Zoom meeting. All must register to receive meeting log-in credentials.

HOW: Registration is free for all members of the press. Please register by Friday, August 28 to attend.

WHAT: The 2020 NASDA Annual Meeting is themed “Energizing Agriculture for the Future.” The meeting theme will guide NASDA’s conversations and policy making on COVID-19 recovery and agricultural and food issues.
