National Association of State Departments of Agriculture CEO Ted McKinney released the following statement in response to the Biden Administration’s announcement that the USDA and the U.S. Agency for International Development will draw down the full balance of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust to provide $670 million in food assistance to countries in need.
