The Largest Foodservice Marketplace in the Western Hemisphere

NASDA’s newly branded A Taste of the States: Chicago joins the National Restaurant Association Show in providing U.S. food and beverage companies the opportunity to engage with thousands of buyers in the restaurant, lodging, and foodservice industry. The Show successfully combines an impressive collection of unique food and beverage products, cutting-edge technology, and equipment with the latest in restaurant and lodging trends.

NASDA collaborates with the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) and its network of international offices to recruit qualified, international buyers from all over the world. Buyers are interested in an array of food and beverage products, including bakery goods, candy and confectionery, dairy products, meat, poultry, ingredients, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, seafood, and snack foods, and represent diverse markets including foodservice, distributors, export agencies, manufactures, retailers, and service providers.

In partnership with FAS, NASDA launched A Taste of the States: Chicago to give small-and-medium-sized U.S. food and beverage exporters the advantage of exhibiting in the premier foodservice event in the Western Hemisphere. Through this partnership, NASDA focuses on helping these companies get their products into international markets.
